If only we could have completed the list of several hundred tasks to open yesterday as planned - it was a beautiful day and tons of people came by. But it was "bakery moving day" and we still had to set up the POS (which took 8 hrs)! Today we unpack and start on gelato. Tomorrow we start test-baking. So we may open for business one day next week if you wander down. May not have everything but if we're open we will have coffee and ice cream for sure!
Pastry Artist, Environmentalist and Spiritual Leader Alex Bois-Bonifacio attended Vancouver School of Theology where she studied for a Masters in ecological theology. Alex has loved both baking and artwork from a young age and is thrilled to have launched "Spiritual Ingredients" in 2011.
